At Mini Wheel Garage, all orders are shipped within 4–5 business days from the date of order through our trusted private courier partners. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details for your shipment. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, but typically take 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please ensure correct shipping details at checkout to avoid delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Mini Wheel Garage, we take great care in packaging and delivering your collectibles. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions:

A proper unboxing video (unedited and clearly showing the package being opened) is mandatory for any return or exchange request. Without this, claims cannot be accepted.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in cases of damaged goods or wrong items shipped.
Items damaged in transit (DIT) and lost in transit (LIT) are not covered under the return and exchange policy.
The customer must bear the shipping cost for returning the product.
Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process the exchange or refund as applicable.
For refunds: once the returned item is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
